  • How Do I Attach The Items To The Bags?

    It is simple and easy!

    STEPS FOR YOU TO FOLLOW:

    1. Once you receive your package, remove the items from the bag.

    2. Choose the spot on your tote bag that best fits your needs.

    3. All of our accessories and charms come with a pre-attached plug for easy installation. Introduce the plug into the holes you have chosen on the bag.

    5. Apply a bit of force to the edges of accessory or charm, and push the plug through the hole. It may help to push the bag from the other side to help the plug get through the hole.

  • How Do I Remove An Item From The Bag?

    Again, it is Simple and Easy!

    STEPS TO FOLLOW:

    1. Locate the Accessory or Charm you'd like to remove or change.

    2. Apply a bit of pulling force to the edges of the accessory or charm, and it will be easily removed.

  • Where Is My Order?

    We ship from Orlando, Florida using USPS courrier. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. holidays). When your Item is Shipped, you check your confirmation email for your shipment tracking information.

    TRACK YOUR ORDER:
    1. Go into https://www.usps.com/
    2. Search for "Search or Track Packages"
    3. Type in or Copy / Paste your Tracking Number (Find it in your confirmation E-Mail).

    4. Then you'll be able to see when your order is.

  • What Type Of Payments Do You Accept?

    We accept a different variety of payment methods such as:

    - Credit / Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

    - Mobile Payment options: Apple Pay & Google Pay.

    - PayPal, Amazon Pay and

  • Can I Change Or Cancel An Order I Just Placed?

    If the order has NOT been shipped, you can always change or cancel the order.

  • I Got My Order And Something's Wrong, What Do I Do?

    You can always request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

    If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please send us photos so we can help. This is important to insure proper refund credit if requested.

  • Shipping

    If all of the items in your order are in stock, your order will be processed in 24-36 hours. 

    They will be shipped via USPS directly to the shipping address. Actual shipping times vary by carrier but typically take 3-7 business days.

    USA Standard Shipping: 7-14 days upon receipt. 

    USA Express Shipping: 3 - 8 days upon receipt. 

    Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

    * Please make sure to include your email address when placing your order. We will send you the confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order ships so you can track your order location.

  • Tracking

    Once the item is shipped, you will receive an automated  email confirmation including the tracking number.

  • Exchange

    We will accept any request for defective items upon delivery for refund or exchange. 

    You may request an exchange of your item within 30 days of receipt. All requests must provide proof of the product's state and condition. This is important to insure proper refund credit.  

    You must reference your order number on the email. 

    For refunds, please add the information of the credit card used in the original purchase.
